property used for carrying on my business as a Primary
Producer. I state that the vehicle will be on a road solely
to travel on roads within the property or onto which the
property has a frontage, to build, maintain or remove the
property’s fences.
4. Primary Producer concession
Co-operative Associations may only carry produce that is
produced by that co-operative. The vehicle can only be used
for the carriage of produce between the point of primary
production and the first point of processing or other transport
(e.g. rail head).
Primary Producer means a person engaged mainly in the
production of raw material for clothing or food, derived from
agriculture, dairying, fishing, raising of livestock or viticulture.

Note: The vehicle is used solely on a road for no more than 2
km to travel between the two properties.
6. Farm Plate concession
Farm Plates are issued for vehicles used only by Primary
Producers in their business as a Primary Producer and
restricts the vehicle to travel between different parcels of land
managed by the Primary Producer.
The travelling distance is restricted to the maximum distance
allowable as in the Conditional Registration Scheme Zone
Access category. For more information refer to the Zone
Map as outlined in the Guideline for Conditionally Registered
Vehicles in Queensland, form Number 17 (the guideline). A
copy of the guideline is available at www.qld.gov.au/transport.
Note: 1. Vehicles with Farm Plate concessions are excluded from
built-up areas.
2. Motorbikes and farm tractors are not eligible for Farm Plate
concession.

7. Certification
I agree to inform the department of any changes that may
affect my eligibility to retain the concession and will pay any
pro-rata registration fees if I wish to use this vehicle for any
other purpose than that allowed under the concession.
I acknowledge that the concession I am applying for is
subject to conditions, including restricted use of the vehicle,
and agree to only use the vehicle in accordance with the
conditions of the concession.
I understand that if a vehicle on a concession is operated
outside the conditions of the concession, a penalty
infringement notice may be issued or I may be prosecuted by
a court.
I consent to the department verifying my evidence of identity
documents or information with the issuing authority or their
agencies.

Maximum penalty may exceed $7000.
