 Green Copy of the Umpires Match Report
 Hampton Rovers ‘Best & Fairest’ vote sheets x 3
The Umpire should have taken:
 White Copy of the Umpires Match Report (League Copy)
 SMJFL Best & Fairest votes
If the umpires give you any of the above just submit with your paperwork and the
TM co-ordinator will sort it out.
The Opposition should have taken:
 Pink Copy of the Umpire Match Report (Visitor Copy)
 Hampton Rovers unsigned Team Sheet
