Now head to the link https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/# and agree to the distribution agreement, and now Continue to payment. 1.2 You will have to fill in the necessary data and make a one time payment for the creation of this account. After you finish accept and continue. 1.3 In the last step you will have to add a developer name which will be visible in the Google Play Store(it’s possible to change later on) and finally when you put in the necessary data you can click Complete registration. Generating Token on Google. To generate Tokens required for build the application in our builder you have to go to https://console.developers.google.com/ and login to the account you want to have your tokens on. It doesn’t have to be a developer account just a regular gmail adress. You will be transferred to the main page of the console developer like in the screenshot. 2.1 To get started you have to click on the Select project button and then “Create a project” A window will popup with options to name your Project, editing your project id, using your email for news from the developer console and agreement to Terms of service. After you name your project and agree to the Terms of service your project will be created. On the down left of your screen and Activities window will appear letting you know that the project has been created with no errors. After you create the project you click: Next to: 2.2 And select API Manager You will be transferred to the overview section. You need to find on the right side of the screen “Cloud Messaging for android” and click it. Then select “Enable API button”. 2.3 and then get back to the left API manager toolbar and select Credentials. Next select the Add credentials button at the left side of the screen and select Server key. When you do that a popup menu will appear and select from it Server Now you will be brought to a section where you can Create an Server key Click Create and save the unique key for this project that is visible on the popup window. This Key will be required later for the creation of the token, so save it in a text file. 2.4 After that you will need to get back to the My project in the top right of the screen and select manage project section. You will be transferred to the My Projects sections click on the project that you created and added the Cloud Messaging and Credentials. Now you will be in the dashboard of the project that you chosen.Click on the Project: My Project. A scroll down option will appear. 2.5 Now you will be able to copy GCM Project Number and the Server Key to the dashboard. Dashboard Adding Project Number and Server Key. To build an app that can be uploaded to Google Play and Amazon you have to add The Project Number (GCM Project Number) and Server key (GCM Service Server Key) from the https://console.developers.google.com/ . Now you can Build an Native App which will create the app you’ll be able to save it on the hard drive by clicking “Download package”. It will be in .apk format and can be uploaded to Google Play and Amazon store. Submitting an app on Google app store. To submit an app on google play you have to login to your google.play account at https://play.google.com/apps/publish/ . 3.1 After you’re logged in to your google.play account you have to click the android icon on left side of the screen. After that you’ll be send to AppList Place, then click the button on the right side of the screen + Add new application. A window will pop up with Default language and the Title of your application and press the Upload APK button. 3.2 At this point you’ll be able to upload the application by clicking the “Upload your first apk to Production” button. And then click the “Browse files”( as described at the screenshot below) Find the application.apk on your hard drive. 3.3 After you will upload the app you will be transferred to Store Listening section. Here you can change your application Title and you have to Add Short description and Full description. You need to scroll down to the Graphic assets section, where you add Screen shots from your application and icons. 3.4 By default you’ll have the Phone overlap, where you have to upload at least two screenshots from your application(it has to be from the application it can’t be anything else like a logo). For the next step you have convert the 1024x1024(which you can download from our dashboard by clicking the generaldownload) to an Hires icon with the resolution of 512x512 and also feature graphic 1024x500, which must be uploaded to the correct fields in order to proceed 3.5 To continue you need to scroll down to Categorisation, where you choose The type of app you’re uploading the store category and the content rating of it. In Applications type you select Applications. In Category you have to determine to which of the offered by google categories your app is suited for. This will help to find the app for users on Google Play market. In content rating you describe for which users is your application design for. If the app doesn't display any sexual themes or alcohol you can choose Low Maturity. If it does, you have add the highest possible content rating. By default if the app is a business app you use Low Maturity. 3.6 The next step is filling in the contact details, that is email and website address, which will be displayed in Google Play Store. The last step in this sections is : if you don't want to use Private policy you select the rectangle next to “Not submitting a privacy policy URL at Current time. Learn more” 3.7 To proceed you need to select Content Rating overlap in the left side of the screen. Read the details in the content rating section and click continue. You will be transferred to Questionnaire, where you need to type in your email. 3.8 After that you will have to choose one of the app categories. If the app doesn't contain any alcohol, tobacco or sexual themes we choose REFERENCE, NEWS, OR EDUCATIONAL. If the app contains alcohol, tobacco or sexual themes we choose ENTERTAINMENT. As it’s more precise and offers more options in more adult themes. If you chose the wrong rating your app may be Suspended or in more serious situations even the google account can be blocked. 3.9 In the Miscellaneous section we mark as follows in the screenshot below: 3.10 After you complete Content rating section you have to take go to Pricing & Distribution section. Where you chose if the app will be free of charge or you want a payed app. If you chose the paid app you have to do chose the prices proposed by google.REMEMBER THAT ONCE YOU SELECT A FREE APP YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO CHANGE IT TO A PAID APP. 3.11 After that you have to select the region in which the app will be distributed or you can choose Select ALL COUNTRIES click the rectangle and every country in world will be able to download your app. Next you have asert if your app contains ads (our application by default don’t contain ads so you can select the No, it has no ads) After that you have to scroll down to the Consent Section and agree to the Content Guidelines and US export laws by selecting the rectangles near those two sections. 3.12 If everything is fine you will have every to the right side of every section a green circle. And after that you can click Publish App on the right side of your screen and wait few hours for your app to appear on play.google.store. Note: Just as a warning if you publish the app you won’t be able to delete it when it comes to app store. You can only delete the app before it’s live on appstore. The only possibility is to Unpublish it so it won't be visible on Appstore. After you finish the upload of the app on Google Play please Click the button “ My app is now available in Google Play”
