Swimmers must arrive with their hands or arms labeled E-H-L (Event/Heat/Lane) with Sharpie.
Parents should fill in the event name/number using the Psych Sheets available on the Unified website (from
the home page select TEAM EVENTS on the right nav bar, then scroll down to the Penguin Plunge page.
All important documents are available as downloads). Coaches will fill in Heat & Lane numbers at the meet.
Please bring extra Sharpies!
Swimmers convene in the wrestling room. We will attempt to have the Unified Banner hanging on a wall
in the wrestling room to identify our “space”. Let your children know that it will be crowded. They should
bring a towel or blanket to sit on in addition to a towel(s) for after their swims.
Parents are not allowed “inside the ropes” on deck. Only designated parents serving in an official
capacity may be inside the ropes on deck. Parents must send their swimmers to the lower level at the stair
entrance immediately inside the entrance on the left.
