usingtheConsensusPathDBserviceutilizingahypergeometrictestoveralargecollectionof
pathwaysandgeneontology(GO)terms[REF].Mostofthecentralitymetrics,whicheach
hadroughly~30genes,producedFDRcorrectedsignificantpathwaysandGOtermresults
(Table2).TheKEGGcellcyclepathwaywasfrequentlyfoundsignificant,andcellcycle
relatedGOtermswerefound,butinlowrankingpositions.Severalmetrics,includingalpha
centralityandPageRank,returnedpoorresults,withnocellcyclerelatedtermsfound
significant.ChromatinremodelingandmetabolicrelatedpathwaysandGOtermswereoften
foundsignificant,emphasizingthecloserelationshipbetweenthecellcycle,metabolism,
andchromatinremodeling(S2Table).
