Description
Full height partition with laminate
finish and glass.
Providing & fixing partly glazed partly
paneled Dry Wall Partition with metal
studs & comprising of the following:
i) Frames :
a) Supporting system comprising of
India Gypsum / Boral, factory made
Metal studs of 51 mm x 35mm x
0.50mm placed horizontally and
vertically at 600mm c/c.metal tracks
of 51mm x 36mm x 0.50mm in size
shall Be fixed at floor, middle, door
and ceiling levels with staggered
joints to avoid through joints. All
vertical members should touch the
ceiling with horizontal ceiling channel
at beam / slab.
b)Rate

strengthening with additional studs /
tracks or channels at doors or other
openings wherever required and as
directed.
ii) Panels :
a) 9mm BWR Plywood finished with
1mm laminate in approved colour on

b) 8mm thick clear float glass with

drawing

2100mm level in specified areas with
100mm x 15mm beach wood jamb
and 12mm x 12mm beach wood
beading.
iii) Finish with melamine polish :

directed. Partitions shall be firmly
fixed to the ground, walls, roof /
ceiling by means of screws and
concealed brackets. Partitions shall 50 Sqm
be erected in perfect line and level
both horizontally and vertically.
Doors in partitions with glass:
Providing & fixing partly glazed /
partly paneled doors with beach
wood / teak wood frames and
comprising of the following :
a) Door frames :
The outer door frame work shall be
with well seasoned beech / teak
wood Sections 100mm x 25mm in
finished Size placed vertically and
horizontally As shown in the drawing.
b) Door shutter :
The door shutter shall be 32mm solid
Core flush door bonded with phenol
formal-de-hide finished on both sides
with 1mm laminate in approved
colour on both sides also providing a
glazed panel as shown in the
drawing with 8mm thick plain float
glass with etching as per approved
design fixed 50mm x 25mm beech /
teak wood jamb and 12mm x 12mm
beach / teak wood beading.
c) Door hard ware :
Each door shutter shall be provided
and fixed with hinges, tower bolts,
door stoppers, mortice lock, handles
( brass lacquer finished international
quality), door silencer all as per
approved samples by bank.
d) Finish with melamine polish :

All exposed surfaces of beach wood 7 Sqm
or teak wood sections shall be
finished with melamine spray polish
after property preparing surface and
as directed.
Low height partitions –Factory
made :
Providing & fixing free standings
factory made Low Height Partitions
with metal frames & comprising of
the following.
i) Frames :
a) Supporting system comprising of
custom made aluminum extruded
section minimum 65mm wide and
2mm thick profiles powdered coated
in approved colour. The bottom
member shall be 100mm skirting
section with height adjustments
levelers
and
self
locking
arrangement. The frames structures
shall have nuts and bolts with blind
revert constructions.
ii) Wire Management System :
The partition shall have concealed,
easily accessible wire management
ducts
for
running
electrical,
networking and communication
cables / wires at different levels
without having any interference with
provision of easily removable and
easily refixable panels on either
sides.
iii) Top and Side Edges :
The top and other exposed edges of
the partition shall be covered either
with powered coated aluminum
extruded section with half round die
cast corner & center caps to avoid
sharp edges or aluminum trims fitted
with injection moulded ABS caps.
iv) Panels :
a) 12mm MDF / pre-laminated
particle boards or 9mm plain particle
/ MDF boards finished with 1mm
laminate in approved colour on both
sides fixed with spring clip
mechanism.

b) 5mm thick clear float glass with
etching design fixed as per approved
design self locking snap fitting
system with spring clip mechanism.
c) Pin up boards with 12mm jolly soft
boards finished with upholstery cloth
(Rs.95/- per mts.) on both sides
without any loose or wrinkles fixed
with spring clip mechanism placed as
directed.
False ceiling (Gyp-board) :
Providing and fixing False ceiling
with Gyp-Board tiles and metal
frames as under:
a) The basic frames shall be formed
with G.I. sheet section as main “C”
Trunking measuring 50 x 19 x 12mm
formed out of 24 Gauge G.I. metal
sheets placed at 1200mm c/c with
cross & sub-channels furring
measuring 50 x 19 x 19mm formed
out of 26 gauge GI metal sheets.
The cross and sub channels shall be
fixed to the main trunking by means
of sheet metal screws at 1200mm /
60mm centers in both directions to
form a grid of 1200 x 600mm
b)
The main trunking shall be
suspended by means of adjustable
hangers of 6mm dia rods, L Clamps,
holding clamps etc fixed with metal
fasteners in the roof, double check
nuts for level adjustments. The wall
runner shall be out of 24 gauge G I
sheet 25 x 25mm in size and shall be
fixed to the wall with screws.

c) Providing & fixing 12.50mm thick
Gyp Board / tiles to the frames with 150 Sqm
sheet metal screws and finishing the
entire surface neat, smooth and in
perfect line and level as directed.
d) Applying two coats of plastic
emulsion in approved colour to the
ceiling.
Rate to include provision for cutting
opening, providing additional frames
to accommodate lighting fixtures,
a.c. grills providing steps, vertical off
sets etc.all complete as directed.
Low Height Storage Units:
Providing & Fixing low height
(around 900mm) factory made
storage racks or up to window sill
level or as directed, 450mm deep
and comprising of the following:
a) The basic structure including top,
bottom, sides shelves and shutters
shall be made out of 18mm
BWP/BWR block board except for
top which shall be 25mm thick
particle board /MDF with post formed
round edges. The exposed of the
block board shall be machine
covered PVC TAPE edge beading.
b) The exposed portions of storage
rack including sides and the shutters
shall be finished with 1.0mm
laminate in approved colour duly
fixed with fevicol.
c) The baking shall be with 18mm
BWR ply / MDF laminated finish on
both sides.
A middle shelf with 18mm BWR ply /
MDF shall be fixed at desired height 10 Sqm
as directed by bank / consultant.

d) The shutters shall be fixed with
concealed cabinet auto closing
hinges, a multipurpose cup board
lock, tower bolt, ball catcher, handles
etc all as approved.
f) All internal un exposed portions of
the storage rack shall also be
finished with laminated finish in
approved colour.
g) Skirting and base frames shall be
fixed at the bottom of the storage
racks. The skirting shall be finished
with 1.0mm laminate in approved
colour.

c) All the internal, external and
exposed surfaces of the counters
tables including top, side partition,
drawer shutters etc.shall be finished
with 1.0mm laminate of approved
colour, make and design etc.
d) All exposed surfaces of beech
wood moldings sections shall be
finished with melamine spray polish
after properly preparing surface and
as directed all other concealed
surfaces like inside of the drawers,
cabinet and shutters etc. shall be
finished with two coats of enamel
paint in approved colour over a coat
of printer.
