SERVERS FOR RECEPTION available for an additional cost CAPACITY Outdoor Cedar Arch area seating (up to 18 church pews providing seating for 140 people) Building Reception area seating is 200 people You may rent tents, from your own vendor, and set them up in overflow area, which is adjacent to Reception Building. Extra chairs, tables and linens will have to be rented from your own vendor. BOOKING YOUR WEDDING The manager will put your wedding date on the calendar as soon as license agreement is completed and payments are accepted. SECURITY DEPOSIT There is an $800.00 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking. The $_________ balance with final guest count is due in full four weeks before wedding day. All prices are subject to state and local taxes. IN THE EVENT OF RAIN If rain is in the forecast for your Wedding day, the Wedding Ceremony can be held in the Reception Building. A tent may be rented by the Wedding party and set up beside the Reception building, if needed. Spring Lake Policies We recommend that your Wedding begin no later than 7:00 PM to facilitate your cleanup in a timely fashion. The Licensee is responsible for any damages caused by florists, photographers, caterers and all other outside vendors. Food and beverages are allowed in Reception area only. Beverages may be brought to the Fireside area. No glass bottles are permitted on the Premises. Clean up and removal of all wedding party items and vendor items must be completed on the day of the Wedding. No illegal drugs are permitted on the Premises. No pets allowed unless arranged in advance with the manager. We ask that you not use confetti. Bride and groom are responsible for guests and vendor directions to Spring Lake. We ask for ALL decorating in the building be approved by management. No foul language in the music. All music must stop by 10:30 PM. No smoking in the Reception building. Alcohol is limited to beer and wine only - no hard liquor. All functions must end by 11:00 PM. Additional time can be purchased but must be arranged in advance with the manager. $100.00 per hour. Spring Lake venue reserves the right to take photos of any event for promotional purposes.
