Cotswold Hills Seniors’ Open

Entries are invited for the above competition, the format of which is indicated below.

You may email the entries to me and may also pay the fees by BACS. Account details are on the
entry form. Please include your name as a reference. Closing date is 1st June.

Format
1. Open to Amateur Golfers who are over 55 years of age prior to the day of competition, have an
active CONGU handicap and are members of the seniors’ section of their club.
2. Individual competition in groups of three over 18 holes under Stableford Rules - full handicap
allowance.
3. Qualifying competition for CONGU purposes.
4. Starting times from 1st and 10th tees for am and pm will be in operation and preferred starting
times will be allocated on a first come/first served basis.
5. Prizes will be awarded in separate handicap categories for Visitors and Cotswold Hills players
and a separate prize for the over-70 category.
6. No competitor may win more than one major prize. Ball sweeps are an exception to this rule.
7. Starting times will be 0814hr to 0958hr and 1241hr to 1425hr. A full list of start times will be
sent by email, at least two weeks prior to the event.
8. Entry fee will be £20.00 per entrant which will include coffee on arrival and entry into the 2s
sweep. Please either pay online or make cheques payable to “CHGC Senior Section”.
