Directions
Leave the M42 at junction 4 and take the A3400 towards Henley in Arden/Hockley Heath. Go across 1 set
of traffic lights. At the next roundabout turn left into Box Trees Road (petrol station on corner). Go
approximately two miles. You will pass a public house on your right (Drum & Monkey). The Riding Club
drive is immediately after that on your left hand side. (POST CODE FOR SAT NAV – USE THE
FOLLOWING – B93 8NB.)
Rules and Conditions
In the even of insufficient starters lower prizes may be withheld in accordance with Rule 76. Entries are
confined to registered horses to be ridden by members in accordance with Rule 79. Owners entering
horses/ponies do so entirely at their own risk and it is a condition of entry that no liability of any kind
attaches itself to the British Showjumping, its committee or members of the Show Organisers or Show
Ground Proprietors in any respect whatsoever. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry at their
discretion. Once a class has been entered NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances. See
Rule 79.5.
Rule 82.21: No member of the British Show Jumping Association shall allow a stallion for which he is
responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent, or rider to attend a show, compete or be prepared to
compete, in any show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other
horses/ponies, competitors and members of the public are not put at risk of injury. Also refer to Rule 102.11

Health and Safety
The organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of
everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to
avoid accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and steward. All
riders when riding, whether competing or not, must wear hard hats marked BS / EN 1384, PAS015 or
prefixed with ASTM or SE1 with a strap properly adjusted and fastened. Correct dress and footwear to be
worn.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all times. Will dog owners please note – we now have a poop scoop policy
in operation, please use the bins provided.
