Dear Pewaukee Area Fireworks Donor,
Our Pewaukee July 4, 2017 Fireworks Fund Campaign is now underway and we are asking you to consider supporting
our annual local patriotic celebration by donating to the Pewaukee Fireworks Fund. The Pewaukee Fireworks is funded
solely by local residents and businesses and will not continue without your help.
The Pewaukee 4th of July Fireworks display at the lakefront has taken place for over twenty-five years. It is a wonderful
family oriented day to honor our freedom and our country and be able to keep history alive. Families start gathering at
the lakefront early in the day, hundreds of boats start gathering near the beach before dusk and the long awaited
fireworks complete the day. For the past several years, funding is by private donor only and it is only by the generosity
of Pewaukee residents and businesses that we have provided this event. Many times we have barely made the
deadline to collect enough funds to continue this tradition therefore we are reaching out to our Pewaukee community
early in the year for donations. Your early response is appreciated and needed.
The Fireworks Fund is being maintained by the Friends of the Parks of Pewaukee, which is a 501(c)3 organization,
therefore your donation is tax deductible! We need to raise a minimum of $15,000 this year and your contribution
goes directly toward the fireworks display.
Listed below are suggested donation amounts to be used as a guideline. As a thank you to all of our donors, a banner
will be displayed in the downtown area prior to July 4th listing all of our donors for the community to see. (Donations
must be received by June 1st to be included in the banner.) If you are interested in being our Title Sponsor, please let
