I wish to apply for the above mentioned position as advertised Sunday Standard dated the 5th
February 2017 to the February 2017 regarding the above mentioned position.
Currently I am employed by the Ministry of Natural Resources Conservation and Tourism as
Assistant Manager (Human Resources Management) since the year 2012 to date. I possess a
Masters’ Degree of Public Administration in (Human Resources Management) with thirteen (13)
years relevant work experience in the Public and Private Sector as a Human Resources
Practitioner. I acquired eleven (11) years post qualification experience in human resources
management field. During my stay at Botswana Government extensive working career I gained
valuable experience, which is of relevance to your organization in the fields of coordination and
management functions of talent management, succession planning, Performance Management
System (PMS) and rewards. As a Human Capital Specialist I will be supporting clients with
strategic change and organizational transformation to help them address complex
organizational and people challenges. I will work on some of the people and organization issues
that improve business performance by making contributions to the organizational clients in
undertaking complex and diverse projects.
My interpersonal communication and administration skills were developed by my involvement
