to turn their “Recruiting Dollars” into real ones.
Ask the party attendees, “Who would like $100?”
When they raise their hand give them a recruiting dollar. (see attachment – add your label to
the back)
“Wait, this is magic!” I need you to put this in your wallet with the rest of your money.”
Wait while they do it.
Then say, “Now this is how it works, every time you look at that $100 bill, I want you to
remember; I can help you to make it real! When you’re ready, give me a call, my name and
number are on the back.”
Who do you think they think of every time they see the $100 bill in their wallet?
Yes, YOU!
This is better than a TV ad because they’ll see it over and over again. Even if they don’t join
your team, they’ll know who you are because they’ll see your name over and over again!
At future parties when you meet the same people ask them if they still have the $100 bill you
gave them at the last party.
If they do, give them a gift! This reinforces with everyone to keep it in his or her wallet.
Then, tease them a little, like, "Haven't you wanted this to be real money? You haven't called
me!"
Anything you can do to stand out and help them remember the experience that they’ve had
with you is one step closer to adding “just one more.”
