The student should be able to:

Rate disability rates of population
Rate morbidity
Select the criteria for major groups of indicators
Rate San demographics;
International Classification of Diseases, ninth
revision of all diseases are divided into 17 classes.

1 class. Infectious and parasitic diseases. Analysis of these diseases is very important
for hygienic evaluation of water supply, sanitary protection of soil and cleaning of
populated areas, sanitary protection of water bodies, etc.
2 class. Neoplasms, including all cancers, the cause of which in some cases can be a
negative influence of environmental factors, especially atmospheric pollution air
pollution carcinogens.
3 class. Endocrine disorders in the etiology of which is a leading value has the effect of
individual micronutrients consumed by the population with food and water.
7th grade. Diseases of the circulatory system, the distribution of which is connected to a
certain extent with the sanitary and hygienic condition of the home.
8th grade. Respiratory diseases. The incidence in these cases may be taken into account
when assessing the hygienic air quality in residential and public buildings, air, dust
pollution and other ingredients, in assessing the effectiveness of preventive measures.
proceed

Grade 11. Complications of pregnancy and postpartum,
which in some cases may be related to the influence of
environmental factors.
12 class. Diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue that may
be associated with the level of sanitation and personal hygiene
of the population.
17 class. Poisoning and injuries. In the analysis of morbidity
should be aware that in the last decades in developed countries,
its structure-suffering serious changes. Significantly increased the
proportion of chronic non-communicable diseases

In CSSES held accounting and systematic analysis of
infectious diseases and morbidity with temporary
disability. Accounting registration and investigation
of occupational diseases and poisonings produced by
the following documents: "The log of emergency
notifications and professional food poisoning" (p 361
/ y) .; "Act investigation prof. poisoning and prof.
diseases "(p 362 / y) .; "Journal of Accounting persons
who first discovered occupational poisoning and
occupational disease" (p 363 / y).
Morbidity is currently being studied by
the following methods

 according to the current health-care seeking in
hospitals, according to medical examinations,
according to the cause of death. All these methods
can be used in conjunction with the study of public
health.
By seeking medical aid

 According to seeking medical help can be studied:
the overall morbidity, infectious disease, the
incidence of major non-epidemic diseases, morbidity
with temporary disability and hospital morbidity.
According to seeking medical help can be studied: the
overall morbidity, infectious disease, the incidence of
major non-epidemic diseases, morbidity with
temporary disability and hospital morbidity.


Using the information content of the document,
sanitary doctor can calculate the following
indicators:

overall morbidity
the incidence of newly diagnosed
diseases
primary incidence of certain diseases
the structure of the primary disease

 Infectious diseases are also recorded on the uptake
for the registration of infectious diseases is the
"emergency notification of infectious disease food,
acute professional poisoning, an unusual reaction to
vaccination (form 058 / y)", which shall be registered
in a special "log book of infectious diseases" (Form
060 / y).
The main indicators of infectious diseases are; the level of
infectious morbidity; the level of individual infectious diseases
among all infectious diseases, these indicators are calculated as
follows:

 1)Infectious morbidity;
2) the incidence of certain infectious diseases.
3) the share of individual infectious diseases.
In-depth study of infectious diseases should be
carried out on the basis of "emergency notifications
of infectious disease" (form 058 / y) with the
calculation of differentiated indicators of infectious
disease based on age, sex, place of residence.
For example, if the hygienic assessment of housing in the village
sanitary doctor needs to know the incidence of tuberculosis. This
indicator is defined as follows

 Average annual population
The number of newly registered TB cases this year
-------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------ * 1000.

The method of complex medical
examinations is also a method of
studying morbidity

 Medical examinations may be preliminary, periodic and
targeted. They can also be specially organized with a wide range
of experts and the use of clinic - experimental research methods
for dynamic observation of isolated populations. Studies
Program and the volume within the observation period should
be as constant to ensure comparability of the results. While this
observation may be installed to change the laws of health under
the influence of the most minor deviations in the environment.
The results of the medical examination shall be entered in the
"medical card outpatient" (form 025 / y) "control card of clinical
supervision" (form 030 / y) and "clinical examination
registration card" (form 031 / u-86).
When research is necessary to apply the
following statistical methods:

 - Standardization - for leveling (eliminating) the
influence of other factors, and the allocation of
factors related to environmental pollution.

- Method copies pairs (bliznetsevy method) - for the
same purpose;

is the correlation and regression analysis of variance
used in a sufficiently large number of observations to
quantify the degree of influence of the environment
on human health.
Disability population is an indicator of
disease with persistent disability

 Group 1 disability is
established in the case of total
permanent disability, or if
possible, work in especially
created individual conditions
and needs constant care.
Group 2 - with a permanent
or long-term disability, but
while maintaining the ability
to work in special individual
circumstances and without
the need of constant care.
Group 3 - at a constant
occupational disability, but
maintaining the ability to
work in other areas.
Determining the degree of
disability, disabled VTEK
gives an extract from the
inspection certificate in MLCE
(Form №1503003), fills the
"Medical business", and
extract among demographic
indicators identified two large
groups;
Disability Group 1:


At birth, the child is given to parents' medical birth certificate
"(Form 103 / -84), which during the month shall be submitted to
the department of vital records (registry office) Khokimiyat. On
the basis of this certificate shall be drawn about the birth. The act
of birth is coupon, which is sent along the line of the CSO for
centralized development. Thus, to obtain information on the
number of births sanitary doctor may be treated as a registry
office, and the district statistical offices.
In case of death, a doctor fills in "medical certificate of death"
(form 106 / u-84) is a 3-day period relatives of the deceased is
represented in the above-mentioned institutions. Coupon death
certificate also sent over the line of the CSO.

 Physical development of this indicator, characterized by
the growth of body weight, circumference of the chest
and head, etc., is a subtle indicator of changes taking
place in the socio-economic, cultural and everyday way of
life of the population. There is no doubt that the
comparative characteristic signs of physical development
of the population can be a valuable indicator of the impact
on the health of certain natural and social environmental
factors. Physical development of children consist of two
groups: morphological and functional condition and
biological development.
