Once you have paid the deposit you need to supply the following documents to the office within 7 days 1. Tenants application form 2. Passport (for non E.U. countries we will need to see your right to reside) 3. Three month wage slips or any other proof of income (working tax credit, accounts if self-employed) 4. Work reference on letter headed paper stating in full time permanent employment 5. Utility bill/bank statement/ showing proof of address you are currently living 6. Guarantor application form 7. Guarantors photo id 8. Proof guarantor owns property (mortgage statement or buildings insurance) AFFORDABILTY CHECK e.g. monthly rent £400 pcm income must be £12,000 monthly rent £500 pcm income must be £15,000 monthly rent £600 pcm income must be £18,000 monthly rent £700 pcm income must be £21,000 monthly rent £800 pcm income must be £24,000 monthly rent £900 pcm income must be £27,000 Once the application process is complete you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time and date for all the tenants and guarantor to meet at the property and sign the tenancy agreement. This must take place Monday to Friday between 10am & 4pm The tenant/s must bring with them their passport, without this we cannot permit you in the property. At the property you will pay the first month’s rent and the admin fee of, 1 Tenant £195.00 inc. 2 Tenants £245.00 inc. Your tenancy agreement will be initially 6 months, if you wish to renew after this time for a further 6 months, there will be an administration fee of £95.00 or you can choose for the tenancy to roll on from month to month, which is called a periodic tenancy.
