TGA Ba 75:
As TGA 75, with additional PNEUMATIC ARM for the support and movement of the gun towards
the initial welding point. It allows millimetric adjustment on 2 axis. It eliminates errors or faults
due to the possible instability of the hand. Thanks to the automatic movement of the gun towards
the welding point, the arm is particularly suited to the orbital welding of pieces where extreme
precision in required or when carrying out two or more simultaneous welding processes using two
or more arms.

As TGA 75 Ba, plus the following additional features:
o TAIL-STOCK: driven by a pneumatic cylinder fixed to a sliding support on the bench, which
follows the orientation of the table. Extremely useful for centering and blocking the
workpiece. The working length between the tail-stock and the table can be customized on
request. PROVIDED WITH BIMANUAL CONTROL
o Robust BEDPLATE that guarantees high stability and, if required, allows for the fitting of a
second arm for the simultaneous or non-simultaneous execution of two orbital welding
processes.

Positioner for the simultaneous automatic orbital welding of
circular pieces, maximum load 200 kg. Rotation activated by a

by current feedback. Bimanual control driven tail-stock.
Customizable bench length.
Optional clearing hole, diameter 100 mm. Optional adjustable

SCL 300
WELDING LATHE
High-performance positioner for the automatic welding of
circular pieces, maximum load 300 kg. Longitudinal
movement of the gun supports and of the tail-stock on linear
ground guides. Rotation activated by a direct current
electrical motor, speed electronically adjusted by current
feedback. Bimanual control driven tail-stock. Optional
clearing hole, diameter 100 mm. Optional adjustable sliding

MODULAR SKID SMDS-55/100:
Modular skid with millimetric adjustment on two axis. It can be further adjusted
in order to allow for a 45° inclination of the welding gun in both directions.

SELF-CENTERING CHUCKS:
All rotary tables can be integrated with a series of 3-jaw self-centering chucks. The maximum
available diameters go from mm 80 to mm 200
Five models are available:

FUNCTIONS:
The following functions are implemented on all positioners provided with electronic control:
1 - ELECTRONIC ADJUSTMENT OF THE TABLE SPEED:
The rotation speed of the table is adjusted through a MOSFET bi-directional drive with armature
feedback, in order to guarantee a perfect consistency of the rotation speed. Some models are
supplied with a digital device that allows for an easier setting of the rotation speed.
2 - OVERWELDING:
Adjustable from 20 mS to 10 S with fine adjustment in the first part of the scale. Starts after a
360° rotation. This function can be disabled..
3 – CRATER FORMATION:
After the arm has been lowered, the welding process starts. At this point, it is possible to delay the
start moment of the table rotation by 20 mS to 10 S - fine adjustment in the first part of the scale.
This function can be disabled..
4 - MANUAL WELDING FUNCTION:
The Manual welding function excludes the overwelding function and ignores the limit switch at
360°: the cycle is stopped only after pressing the stop pedal.
5 - TIG/MIG FUNCTION:
With the TIG working cycle, the welder is disconnected when, after a 360 ° rotation, the limit
switch is reached. This happens before the overwelding period starts. After this point, the current
ramp is directly managed by the TIG welder connected to the positioner.

6 - ROTATION DIRECTION:
It allows to change the clockwise/anticlockwise rotation direction
7 - FINGER:
Enables or disables the gun supporting arm
8 - CYCLE TEST:
Once the CYCLE TEST button is pressed, the pneumatic arm is positioned on the initial welding
point in order to allow for easier calibration. By subsequently pressing the START CYCLE pedal, a
complete working cycle is carried out.
9 - WELDER SELECTION:
Welders can be individually excluded, which means that the working cycle can be carried out with
both welders or with any of the two. In the case of positioners with one arm, it is possible to
control only one welder.
10 - WIRE TEST:
A useful button for controlling the wire feed is located in the vicinity of the welders. It acts by
closing the contact with the welder only if the arm is in neutral position.
11 - SPEED ADJUSTMENT PEDALBOARD:
It is possible to use an external potentiometric pedalboard for instantaneously adjust the table
speed (optional).
SENSOR OF ARC STRIKING:
It controls the working cycle according to the flow of welding current, thus guaranteeing the
perfect execution of the welding process. If using two welders, the control is carried out with OR
logic. The sensor of arc striking can be integrated inside the welder or supplied as an option. This
function can be disabled..
The electronic control is integrated in the rear part of the front panel. This allows for an easy and
quick removal of the control unit, in order to ensure limited downtime in case of failures.

WORKING CYCLE:
The working cycle described here refers to positioners with electronic control.
By pressing the stop pedal at any time, the cycle is interrupted and the table is repositioned at 0.
