Transport conditions Prologics transport:

By accepting Prologics as transporting company, you also accept the following below mentioned transport
conditions by us. By accepting this transport agreement, you confirm all conditions mentioned by you and
your company requests will be followed up.
For loading and unloading there is a standard loading time inclusive.
For transport 1 ½ hour loading, and 1 ½ hour unloading is inclusive, Prologics transport has the right to
claim waiting costs to charge à € 45,00 euro per extra waiting hour. Be advised that we can additionally
charge waiting hours at borders, Ferries and Tunnels(Eurotunnel, Mont blanc, Fréjus FR ) .
Agreed transport rate is including all additional charges, as cooling, fuel, Toll or similar road taxes, fee
and equipment.
Error freight: In case of cargo annulation within the day of agreed transport , within 8 hours before agreed
transport time, we charge 70% of the total transport rate. In case of direct delivery outgoing and the goods
are denied for offloading at the customer, then we will charge 2 times the mentioned transport rate for
returning,
Trucks used by Prologics Transport for Perishables and airfreight , are dry and clean, and all water tight.
Trucks are Cleaned under HACCP conditions.
Secure cargo will be handled as such, with seals and airfreight security locks.
All Prologics staff possess a security awareness certificate, HACCP training, and trained to drive secure
cargo.
