How you read the terms of the Personal Multiparty license?
A summary of the Personal Multiparty license is as follows:
1. Each CUWL-Pro license entitles the Named Host to host a 4 party conference.
2. The Named Host must be present during the conference
3. The Named Host is allowed a unique ConferenceID
4. The Cisco TelePresence Conductor License provided is solely used for the purposes
of personal multiparty
5. The Cisco TelePresence Server Licenses provided are solely used for the purposes of
personal multiparty use only
6. A dedicated pool of Cisco TelePresence Server platforms are solely used for the
purposes of personal multiparty use only
7. You are running version 9.x or later on UCM
8. The deployment has been set up as defined in the Personal Multiparty Deployment
Guide
9. All Personal Multiparty conferences are restricted HD Resolution

Ordering
Customers have to create order in CCW for receiving licenses for TP Server and Conductor.
1. Top level SKU, L-CUWL-MISC
2. Then choose TP Server platform to be used, Virtual, 8710 or Multimedia 300 series.
3. Then in CCW choose top level SKU, L-CUWL-MISC, under options choose TS platform, see
slide below.
4. Each CUWL Pro user who will be using the PMP license needs to be part of the quantity of
licenses ordered.
For example if 1000 existing CUWL Pro users with current UCSS contract want access too PMP, with
Virtual TS, then use LIC-PM0V-USRA-UWL with a qty of 1000.
CCW will add necessary licenses for all components to the order, don’t change the other qty’s..
