SDSU Talent Search PROGRAM INDIVIDUALIZED LEARNING ASSESSMENT STUDENT NAME: SCHOOL: GRADE: The following assessment is not a test; it is a tool to help you and your counselor learn more about the kind of student you are. It will give you insights on your areas of strength and areas that need to be improved to help you become the best you can be in high school. This is not a permanent picture of who you are; it is a picture of how you view your abilities as a student today. Therefore, as you answer the questions, please be honest with where you are now. Your counselor will use this assessment to help you establish goals in each of the areas that need to be strengthened to make you a stronger student and reach your goal of attending a four-year university.
