Optimal light output due to the combination of highperformance LEDs and precision optics.
Long life and low energy consumption
To extend lamp life the component arrangement is thermally
optimised. At high temperatures, this prevents overheating
of the LEDs. This passive thermal management leads to
a maximisation of service life – even in adverse operating
conditions. Through the combination of efficient light-emitting
diodes (LEDs) and precision optics, the Hella signal lamps
achieve the legally required light distribution - and do so using
up to 90% less power in comparison with bulb-based lamps!
Low energy consumption and no maintenance expenses are
the desired benefits. “Fit and forget” make this product an
environmentally-friendly light.
High water resistance
Tested to IP 69: Guaranteed absolute water-tightness.
Indicator failure check
The indicator failure control in accordance with 6.5.8 of ECE
R48, which is a legal requirement where the ECE R48 applies,
has to be ensured in the vehicle by suitable means which the
customer has to take.
High vibration resistance
Tested in accordance with Hella standard 67001 class 10,
enables use in the field of heavy construction machinery.
Overvoltage protection
The overvoltage protection makes sure than the light is not
damaged; even by voltage peaks up to 100 V.
Reverse polarity protection
The lamp does not suffer any damage if the poles
are connected incorrectly.
