NEWSLETTER 21st April 2017 Dear Parents /Carers, Toy Resource Library Please find enclosed some exciting letters with details of: Inclusive Festival being held on Thursday 25th May 2017 at Willow Tree Centre, and Collaborative themed week and activities at Grangewood from 22nd to 26th May. Please note that the resource library at Moorcroft School will be open and available for parents on: Monday 15th May 10am till 12noon Monday 26th June 10am till 12 noon Please come along to visit and have coffee. This is a great opportunity for parents to visit the resource library and exchange their resources. Parent Consultation - new Free Schools Further to the meetings that have been held this week with Parents and Staff at Grangewood and other Academy schools please note that details will be prepared and distributed to everyone next week to keep everyone informed. [email protected] www.grangewoodschool.co.uk 19 April 2017 TO: Parents and Carers Dear Parents and Carers, Inclusive Festival and sleepover We would like to invite you to a family fun and music evening; On Thursday 25th May 2017 5.50pm-7.30pm at Willow Tree Centre, Breakspear Road, Ruislip. The family evening will consist of music, fun and activities. This will allow families to join together and enjoy quality leisure time with their children in a safe and secure environment. We would like to invite you, your child and family (please advise us by return of numbers). If you think that this is something you or your child would be interested in joining us for, then please return the slip below. Please be aware that parents will be responsible for their children during the evening. There will be no charge for this event which has kindly been funded by Children in Need. We are also able to offer a residential of a 1 night sleep over at Willow Tree supervised by school staff. There will be no charge for this event but please also advise us if you may be interested in this as places are limited. The children will have many collaborative opportunities during the week: cooking, art, sports activities, inclusive festival, music concert and whole school lunch. We have been lucky enough to have been awarded a Children in Need grant to support some of the events that take place this week but would like to request a contribution to these exciting opportunities for your child.
