Swimming Lesson Conversion Chart
NB: Levels in the same row are equivalent. If your child has successfully completed a level in
another program, identify the equivalent level in the Swim for Life program and register for the
level above.
Any child who has not previously completed swimming lessons and is between the ages of 3 and
5 should register for our Preschool program.
Children under the age of 3 who are not yet ready to enter the pool by themselves should register
in the parents and tots class. This is a parented class and one parent must enter the water with the
child.
