Once the form is complete, students return the form to the Admissions and Records Service Windows. Housing Information www.universitycourtyard.org • The $50 application fee and $150 security deposit are due at the time the application is submitted. – If payment is not received at this time, the application is considered incomplete. Room assignments are given based on the time/date that the application becomes complete.
