Q1. Where can I purchase tickets?
A1: Tickets can be purchased by emailing [email protected], calling 570-212-1541 or reaching out
to any Greenfield Township Historical Society member. Tickets are also available at the monthly
breakfast (last Sunday of each month) or at the Greenfield Township Volunteer Fire Company
meeting (first Monday of each month) at 7:30 p.m.
Q2. How many tickets are available for sale?
A2: There are 250 tickets available.
Q3. To whom do I make the check payable to?
A4. Checks are made payable to the Greenfield Bicentennial Fund.
Q4. Do I need to purchase tickets now or can I reserve tickets?
A4. Tickets are first-come, first-serve. Tickets should be purchased now.
Q5. What is the deadline to purchase tickets?
A5. The last day to purchase tickets is April 3.
Q6. Can I reserve a table of 8 and then fill up the seats later?
A6. Tables can be reserved. However, if the seats at the table are not filled the table will be filled with
other people. The best way to ensure a reserved seat or table will be to buy the tickets together.
Q7. If my party includes less than eight people at a reserved table, will be have a table to ourselves or
will the remaining seats be filled?
A7. We will try to accommodate seating requests as best as possible.
Q8. How are seats or tables reserved at the dinner?
A8. At the time tickets are purchased, seating can be requested.
Q9. How will I know where my table is located and my seat number?
A9. A seating chart will be displayed at the event.
Q10. Can I reserve seats?
A10. Seats can be reserved at the time of purchase.
Q11. Can I request to sit at someone’s table?
A11. Seating requests will try to be accommodated.
Q12. Can I attend if I do not eat?
A12. Only those who purchase tickets will be admitted.
Q13. What time does the event start and end?
A13. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 10:30 p.m.
Q14. Is black-tie mandatory or can I wear a suit?
A14. Black-tie is optional.
Q15. Who do I contact if I have food restrictions?
A15. Once you purchase your ticket, email [email protected] or call 570-212-1541 to leave a
message and include your ticket number and your food restriction.
Q16. What is the dinner entrée?
A16. Dinner will be a combination of beef AND chicken. A vegetarian option will be available if
specifically requested.
Q17. Is there a gluten-free offering?
A17. This will not be a gluten-free option. Email [email protected] or call 570-212-1541 for more
information.
Q18. Is the bar cash-only?
A18. The event will include an open bar.
