ATOMIC ABSORPTION SOLUTION
OF
1000 µg/mL Boron
Catalog No: AAB1-1 and AAB1-5
Lot Number: D2-B02094
Matrix: H2O
Certified Value: 1,000 ± 10 Fg/mL
The concentration of this solution standard has been verified by Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectroscopy
(ICP) and is traceable to NIST SRM 3107.
The concentration of this standard was calculated based upon the manufacturing records and was manufactured
by weight and volume using a certified aqueous concentrate traceable to NIST. The manufacturing accuracy is
typically better than 0.5 % relative at the 95 % confidence level. This standard is certified for a period of 1 year
from the date of shipment provided the bottle is kept tightly capped and stored under normal laboratory
conditions (See expiration date below).
This standard is certified under ISO 9001 (Certificate # 010105). It is intended for calibration purposes only
and is not certified under the ISO / IEC Guide 34 and ISO / IEC 17025 Quality Standards. For applications
requiring a high level of accuracy or for Method Validation purposes, our products, which are manufactured
and certified under the ISO / IEC Guide 34 and ISO / IEC 17025 Quality Standard guide lines and are classified
as Certified Reference Materials (CRMs), are recommended.

GLASSWARE CALIBRATION
An in-house procedure is used to calibrate all Class A glassware used in the manufacturing and quality control of CRM's.
BALANCE CALIBRATION
All analytical balances are calibrated yearly by an A2LA accredited calibration laboratory and are traceable to a class E 2
analytical weight set with NIST Traceability No. All balances are checked daily using an in-house procedure. The weights used
for testing are annually compared to master weights and are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology
(NIST).
THERMOMETER CALIBRATION
All thermometers are NIST traceable through thermometers that are calibrated by an A2LA accredited calibration laboratory.
