GENERAL NOTES FOR ALL BANDS
Band admission bracelets will be available at the gate for the
# of band members listed on your entry.
Please do not request additional bracelets.
No one is excused from the noon parade!
It is a very short march - the sooner your band gets to the line,
the sooner you will be finished.
Your cooperation is appreciated!
Head count (for gate passes & expenses) will be conducted at
mid-day parade--members will be counted, plus 2. This will
be considered official band count. If more gate passes were
issued than the official count, a deduction for the excess
passes will be made @ $10 each
Bands are requested to march off playing after competing.
Failure to be on time and/or comply w/Stewards' instructions
WILL result in disqualification
The Grand March needs to start at 6:30
This time is chosen by the Hunter Mt. Festival, not us!
It has been posted on the festival website so we have to abide by it.
We ask everyone to get to the top of the hill by 5:45 if possible
Buses will run from 5:00 until 5:45 only.
We encourage everyone to walk up the hill - it's not as bad as it looks!
It is not our intention to leave anyone behind but once we start,
(at 6:30), security will not allow anyone to join us.

Checks will be mailed out within two weeks after contest
Please be sure your entire band is made aware of the above.
