Availability:
The Amazon Gift Card offer is available as an optional offer Nationwide to Residential
customers who establish NEW Broadband in a qualifying Single, Double or Triple Play. The amount of the
Amazon Gift Card varies based on additional eligible products along with the NEW Broadband. Refer to
grid below for qualifying combinations. NEW Broadband service is defined as a new broadband unit for the
customer who has not had Broadband service with Frontier within the last 30 days.

Term Commitment
The Q3 2016 Amazon Gift Card Offer requires a term commitment. If customer disconnects or downgrades
any of the Broadband, Voice or TV services, customer will be charged an early termination fee. Term

Early Termination Fee ﴾ETF﴿: Customers who select the Q3 2016 Amazon Gift Card Offer and disconnect the
Broadband, Voice or TV service before the end of the commitment will incur an early termination fee. Early
termination fee is prorated. Consultant must ensure the customer is aware there is a term commitment with
this offer. Once the code is emailed out to the customer, the customer is “locked into the ETF” for the Amazon
Gift Card. NOTE: Standard ETF's apply in CTF areas anytime the customer disconnects any product or service
with a term commitment.

Amazon e‐Gift Card Fulfillment
Customers who select the Q3 2016 Amazon Gift Card offer will receive an Amazon e‐Gift Card to use on
Amazon.com. The gift card is delivered in the form of an electronic gift code that customer receives via e‐
mail from Frontier. Once the customer pays their initial bill ﴾after accepting the promotion﴿ they will
receive their gift claim e‐mail 90 days after the service order posts. Limitations

Place order for qualifying services and add Q3 2016 Amazon Gift Card promotion to the
order by clicking on the option under Product Selection.

Obtain preferred, VALID e-mail address to send e-gift card code to customer.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If customer selects their new Frontier.com e-mail as their preferred e-
mail address, advise the customer they must activate their Frontier.com e-mail address in
order to receive the subscription activation e-mail.

Advise customer they must pay their initial bill ﴾after accepting the promotion﴿, then they
will receive a gift claim e‐mail with the Amazon e‐card code 90 days after the installation
date of their qualifying services.
90 days after service order post and customer has paid their initial bill ﴾after accepting the
promotion﴿ the Amazon Gift Card promotion code will trigger one automated e‐mail with
the Amazon electronic gift code to the customer. The e‐mail will be sent to the customer
preferred e‐mail that was provided at the time customer ordered qualifying services. NOTE: If customer has also ordered FSecure products, the e-mails with activation keys for Fsecure

products will be sent at the time the service order posts.
Customer will go to www.amazon.com to redeem their Amazon electronic gift code to use
on Amazon.com
HINT: Instruct the customer to copy/paste their electronic gift code into the Amazon.com
website to eliminate miskeying the code.
Instructions to Customer: Consultant should instruct the customer to create an Amazon.com account and
apply the Amazon e‐gift card to their Amazon account, even if customer does not plan on purchasing at
the time they receive their e‐gift card. ﴾Customer may use their existing Amazon.com account to
apply their Amazon e‐gift card.﴿
Q3 2016 Amazon e‐Gift Card Code Does Not Work Refer customer to Amazon customer service at 888‐280‐4331 if their Amazon e‐Gift Card code does not
work.
