Dear Parents
In light of increased usage of the Early and Late Rooms, and to bring us in line
with Company Policy, the following now applies:
Early Room
The Early Room (between 7.30am and 8.00am) MUST be pre-booked. This is to
ensure that the ratio of staff to child is correct at all times.
The cost for the Early Room is £4, however, if a child is brought into the school
before 8.00am and does not have a pre-booked place the charge will increase to
£10.
Late Room
The charges for the Late Room (between 6pm and 6.30pm) are as followed:
Pre-booked (at least 24 hrs in advance)
Pre-booked same day before 4pm
Pre-booked same day after 4pm
Not booked

£10
£15
£20
If a place has not been booked for your child you will incur the charge from
6.01pm, there is no grace period.
An additional £20 will be charged for children not collected by 6.30pm.
When you collect your child from the Late Room please sign the book, confirming
the time of collection.
