Adding Club Officers for 2017-18
(There are two ways to complete the process)
For those with ‘Club Admin’ status in the RIBI Template
Login to Club Admin through Club or District website
Visit top link:- ‘Club Administration’
Choose ‘Club Officers’
Change the Rotary Year:- Select 2017-18 Click ‘Change’
Choose ‘Add more Officers 2017-18’
Select each Rotarian for office
After, go to bottom button [Add office holders] and confirm selections.
For those with an RI account with ‘My Rotary’ and are:
Either President, Secretary, Treasurer, Foundation Chair, Membership Chair or Executive Secretary
Login to the DMS at:- http://dms.rotarygbi.org/ using your RI- My Rotary details
(Please Note if your login details for ‘My Rotary’ are the same as for RIBI Template you can login to your club
member’s area and then click on the DMS link on the right)
Choose the link on the left (in the black area):- ‘My Area’
Choose ‘Officers’
Choose ‘Add role’ in right year Future Officers 2017-18
Click orange ‘Go’
Choose member by clicking left of Members ID
Choose Officer role
Click Green Button to push to RI Global Database
