Citation X Winglet
Winglet
Modification
Our Cleveland facility can install the Citation X Elliptical Winglet
which offers many performance and economic benefits. This
modification includes the addition of the Elliptical Winglet,
structural modifications to the outboard wing, addition of a
navigation/anti-collision light in the tail, and an upgrade to the IC800 Integrated Avionics Computer. Our experts can complete
this winglet installation during a scheduled maintenance event or
as a stand-alone event.

Citation X Program Manager
As Constant Aviation’s Citation X Program Manager, Ryan is
available to our Citation X customers for any technical support
24/7. He is able to troubleshoot issues even if the customer is
away from our facilities. As part of our internal training program,
Ryan holds regularly scheduled courses on the Citation X
product line for our technicians. He also serves as a liaison with
Textron Aviation for any needs we may have from the factory.
Ryan Wilson
Ryan joined Constant Aviation with over 15 years of experience
in the aviation industry. Prior to joining, Ryan worked with
companies such as Jet Aviation, FlexJet and Cessna providing
maintenance and technical support and also as an instructor at
CAE. Ryan holds an Airframe and Powerplant Certificate as well
as numerous airframe, avionics and engine training certifications.
Ryan brings an increased level of knowledge and expertise to
Constant Aviation. Not only has he worked with Citation X’s all
over the world, he has developed and implemented the Citation
X training program for CAE. Ryan’s diverse background and
technical skills provides our customers with additional support
and solutions to their needs. His expertise provides another
layer of on-site knowledge to the varying fleet types we maintain.

Cessna Fleet Sales Manager
As Constant Aviation’s Cessna Fleet Sales Manager, Paul is
available to our customers for sales and support on the Cessna
product line. Paul provides aircraft solutions, unparalleled service
and serves as a liaison with Cessna for any needs we may have
from the factory.
Paul Boucher
Paul joins the Constant Aviation team as a seasoned veteran
in the aviation industry. Prior to Constant Aviation, he worked
for Cessna Aircraft Company as a line service maintenance
technician and grew within the organization to become the
Regional Vice President of Customer Service. Most recently
Paul served as General Manager at Textron Aviation where he
was responsible for the operational performance of the service
center. He has more than 19 years working at Cessna, and
his knowledge of the product line is a great asset to Constant
Aviation as well as our customers.
