Longfri supplies a few types of ballistic plate carriers and compatible soft panels and hard plates.

 Front and back pockets fit 10” x 12” inserts
 Each pocket is deep enough to fit multiple soft panels,
or one hard plate, or one soft panel plus one hard
plate, to provide the desirable level of protection
