WHAT IS YOGHURT?
Yoghurt is believed to have been produced as food for at least
4500 years and is believed to have been introduced into Europe
by Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent, who sent his physician to
cure King Francis I from a deadly illness and with the help of
yoghurt he was cured. The word yogurt derives from Turkish
