The New Castle Hundred Lions Club invites you to share the day with us!
With your help and patronage, we have grown over the past 46 years from a few artists and crafters to
over 200 exhibitors. We thank you for your continued support throughout the years. The profits from this show
go back to the community to provide various eye and sight programs, medical equipment, scholarships for our
local high school students, Christmas baskets, Halloween and Easter Parades, and needy family assistance.
We started a new Sponsorship Program in 2015 and hope that you will become a part of Art on the
Green 2017. As a Sponsor, you will receive certain “perks” and advertising for you company. The description
of Sponsorship levels is noted on the application as well as in the following paragraph. We are also a
foundation and therefore tax deductible. We are now New Castle Hundred Delaware Lions Club
Foundation, Inc.
Sponsorship Levels

Lion’s Den: $50 - $150 allows you to pick either a space on the announcer’s hill to display a
banner OR leave fliers on the sponsors’ table in the Information Booth. Also announcements are
made during the show and you will be listed on our website.

Cub: $150 - gives you one 10’ X 10’ space to use to promote your business, announcements
made during the show, space on lower hill to display your banner, and listed on our website

Lion: $250 – gives you two 10’ X 10’ spaces to use to promote your business, announcements
made during the show, space on lower hill to display your banner, and listed on our website

Lion King: $400 – gives you two 10’ X 10’ spaces to use to promote your business,
announcements made during the show, space on lower hill to display your banner, listed on our
website, and included in any print advertisements and rack cards

THANK YOU FOR BECOMING ONE OF OUR SPONSORS!
1. Sponsors are responsible for booth display, and must provide
his/her own set up equipment, including tables. You will be contacted
about getting your banner to us the week before the show.
2. A 10’ 6”' x 10’ 6” space will be provided (except Lion’s Den Level). If you
have more than one space, they will be next to each other or back to
back (whatever is best for you). They can also be single spaces in
different rows if you prefer.
3. Space will be marked off with white paint and will include your space
number in white paint.
You MUST be displayed behind the front line of the assigned space.
4. Unloading and setting up at your space may be done between 6:00 a.m.
and 9:00 a.m. on the day of the show. Personal tents may be set up
after 3:00 p.m. the day before, but at your own risk.
5. Cars/trailers are not permitted on show grounds after 9:00 a.m. OR
BEFORE 4:00 p.m. on the day of the show.
6. Designated parking areas are marked on map. Your parking area will be
assigned with your space assignments.
7. RAIN DATE: Saturday, September 30, 2017. You will be notified if the
show is postponed due to inclement weather. The decision will be
made by noon the Thursday prior to the show. Call 302.528.2377 to
find out if postponed, or check on the website.
