Sending Letters in Bulk using Integrated Word 2010

Sending Letters in Bulk Using Integrated Word
You can send letters in bulk from any screen where there is a list of patients in SystmOne.
For example, the Appointment Ledger, the Caseload screen or Therapy Groups.
PLEASE NOTE: The information on the letter must be exactly the same for all patients.
Below are examples of sending letters in bulk from the Appointment Ledger and from
Therapy Groups.
From the Appointment Ledger
1. Right-click on the coloured session header at the top of your rota.
2. Hover the mouse over Actions (it has a spanner icon).
3. Click on Print Integrated Word Letters.
4. A list of the patients on that rota will appear. They will all have a tick by their name
by default. If you do not want a letter to go to one of them, remove the tick.
5. Click Ok.
