Consultation Summary document Draft BREEAM International New Construction 2016 Introduction This paper provides an overview of the draft BREEAM International New Construction 2016 scheme, including the timeline for launch and how to engage in the stakeholder consultation process for the scheme. The paper also includes a summary of the technical content and the reference scheme that each issue is based upon. BREEAM International New Construction 2016 The draft BREEAM New Construction 2016 scheme provides an updated version of BREEAM for the assessment of all new buildings around the world. Consultation process and timeline The public consultation on the BREEAM International New Construction scheme will last for a month from 23rd December to midnight on the 1st February 2016. During this period BRE Global welcomes all comments from across the industry on the scheme. Please send any comments you have to us in the spreadsheet provided and email it to [email protected] marking your subject ‘Comments on Draft BREEAM International NC 2016’.
