Day Camp 2015
Camp Lutherwood Oregon offers three Day Camp packages to best serve the needs of your
congregation and your Day Camp program. Program supplies includes curriculum and most supplies for
crafts, creation, games and Bible Adventure.
Package A
Cost: $1650.00
Includes 3 staff, program supplies and team transportation
Recommended for Day Camps with around 30 campers
Package B
Cost: $2050.00
Includes 4 staff, program supplies and team transportation
Recommended for Day Camps with 30-75 campers
Package C
Cost: $2450.00
Includes 5 staff, program supplies and team transportation
Recommended for Day Camps with over 75 campers
A $400 deposit is required to reserve your date. This deposit is credited towards the total of your Day
Camp program. The deposit is non-refundable. The final invoice will be given to your Day Camp
Coordinator at the beginning of your Day Camp week. Final payment is due on Friday of your day camp
week and no later than two weeks after the conclusion of your program.
Early Bird Discounts
Reservation form & $400 deposit postmarked by November 15, 2014 receive a $150 discount
Reservation form & $400 deposit postmarked by December 31, 2014 receive a $75 discount
Reservations booked after January 1, 2015 are not eligible for any Day Camp discounts.
