Service Provider Portal Problem with Java Version 8 Update 131
Unfortunately, the new Java update creates a problem accessing the Service Provider Portal.
The good news is that while this problem is corrected, you may continue to access the Service
Provider Portal following the suggested workaround below.
Workaround to correct the problem:
If you have already upgraded to the new Java Version 8 Update 131:
1) Uninstall Java Version 8 Update 131
2) Install Java Version 8 Update 121.

Follow the prompts
Close your browser before you
try to access the SPP again
If you are currently using Java Version 8 Update 121, do not update to Java Version 8 Update
131:
If you are prompted by a message
asking you to update Java, receive a
notification that the certificate is
expired, or that a new version is
available, please choose the checkbox
or button that will allow you to
Continue or Run this time.
How to verify Java version on PC?
Follow these steps to verify the
current version of Java installed in
your computer:
Type “Java” into the Search Programs
box and click on Configure Java:
Click on the General tab
Click on About
Verify that you have the right version of
Java to access the SPP.
