We began our relationship with Embraer in 1998 and have since then
become industry leaders in Embraer maintenance and support. We
also work with Embraer on warranty claims to provide seamless service
to our customers. Constant Aviation provides complete maintenance
and avionics services as well as modifications, composite repairs,
Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins on the Legacy airframe.

Venue System
Installed in a Legacy
Together, Constant Aviation and Rockwell Collins collaborated to design
a standard seating configuration software package for Constant Aviation.
This provides our customers with a fixed cost and baseline all digital
system that can be expanded as desired when installed on the Legacy
600’s. Since most Legacy’s have similar seating arrangements, this system
reduces costs, lead-times, and provides an exceptional value.
Features
Rockwell Collins’ Venue system provides
passengers with state-of-the-art connectivity
via personal devices including smart phones
and tablets. The system also creates an
extraordinary passenger experience with the
integration of high-definition LCD monitors in
the forward and aft part of the cabin. Venue
utilizes the latest Cat-5 Ethernet network
backbone and puts the entertainment system,
lighting, temperature, Airshow, moving map, and
galley controls at the passengers’ fingertips with
touch screen panels or personal devices.

Interiors
Our state-of-the-art interior modification and refurbishment
facility is located in Cleveland, Ohio. Our facility is equipped with
a custom design center staffed with professional designers who
will help customize the interior of your dreams.
Legacy 600/650 Program Manager
As Constant Aviation’s Legacy 600/650 Program Manager, Jim is
available to our Embraer customers for any technical support
24/7. He is able to troubleshoot issues even if the customer is
away from our facilities. As part of our internal training program,
Jim provides on-the-job training for our technicians on the
Embraer product line. He also serves as a liaison with Embraer
for any needs we may have from the factory.
Jim Rady
Jim has over 38 years of experience in the aviation industry.
Prior to joining Constant Aviation, he worked with several
corporations including Cessna, Wright Airlines, DHL, Cleveland Jet
and Air Services. Throughout his tenure with these companies,
Jim held maintenance and supervisory positions while working
on all versions of the Embraer 135/145 Models, Legacy 600/650,
Phenom 100/300, Turboprop Convairs, Metro Liners, Gulfstreams
and Learjets. Jim holds an Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
and a PIA Associates Degree in Specialized Technology.
Jim brings an increased level of knowledge and expertise to
Constant Aviation. Since joining in 2005, Jim has been involved
with many large and unique projects on the Embraer product
line including a Legacy 600 recovery in Brazil, several Legacy wing
changes, Legacy skin replacements, Phenom 300 recovery, the
first ever Phenom 300 wing change, and numerous structural
repairs. Jim’s diverse background and technical skills provides our
customers with additional support and solutions to their needs.
His expertise provides another layer of on-site knowledge to the
varying fleet types we maintain.
