Are you interested in PhD research in international health law?
Are you also interested in related conceptual and theoretical inquiries?
Are you looking for a dynamic, international research environment?
Would you like to establish relations with key scholars in your field?
Then join us in this programme!
The ‘Globalisation and International Health Law’ programme is a collaboration between the
Erasmus University Rotterdam, Erasmus Law School, Institute of Health Policy and
Management, Institute of Health Law, and the Erasmus Observatory on Health Law in
Rotterdam. It brings together expertise in doctrinal analysis of international health law with
expertise in legal theory. International health law gives rise to many unsettled doctrinal
questions and theoretical inquiries about post - national constitutionalism, solidarity, justice,
human rights, and the legalization of state conduct or the possibility of state -independent
transnational law. We invite PhD-proposals focusing on doctrinal analysis of international
health law or combining doctrinal analysis with novel theoretical inquiries.
