Your aim is to share your favourite
book with as many adults as you
can. Remember to make a note of
who you shared it with and spread
the word.

homework! Collect a template diary
from your class teacher and read at
least twice a week with an adult at
home. Note down the book title and

Have you ever wondered what your
favourite character or scene from a
book would look like on an egg? This
is your chance to decorate a boiled
egg with your favourite character or
scene from a book. Please can you
take a photo of your eggtastic egg and
e-mail to [email protected] (Mrs
Sommerville) by Monday 21st March.
1-2 activities from your Maths Wall
each week.

Competition time! Use a shoebox
to create one of your favourite
scenes from a book. You can use a
range of materials and make it as
detailed as you’d like. Bring during
the week beginning 21st
March for competition
judging.
Be a Performer
(10-15 mins or more)
Keep up to date with the latest
news stories by reading a
magazine or watching newsround
(with help from an adult). Choose a
story that really caught your eye
and share it with your class. You
could star in your own news
bulletin, write your own newspaper
article, make an iMovie etc.
Expectations
 Homework grid should be completed within 3-4 weeks. The compulsory tasks must be completed each week and then you can choose 3 or more additional tasks
