IV - Quito Implementation Plan The Quito Implementation Plan refers to specific commitments by various partners intended to contribute to and reinforce the implementation of the outcomes of the Habitat III Conference and the New Urban Agenda. The Secretariat welcomes concrete actions, measurable and achievable, focused on implementation as your voluntary commitments. The term ‘commitment’ implies emphasis to the implementation and outcomes of one or multi-stakeholders initiatives to promote sustainable urban development rather than the common activity of the partners.
