OYAP Accelerated Programs
Refer to the document Guidance Information – Special Programs Summary for detailed instructions on how
to identify and schedule students correctly in Trillium. The path to this document is as follows:
TrilliumToolkitTrillium DocumentationSecondary Reference documentsGuidance folder
Reminders:
1. For all OYAP Accelerated Programs, the student’s OSR remains at the Home School.
2. SHSM students must have their Cooperative Education credits linked to a course within the bundle
of credits for their SHSM sector
3. Where possible, please consider linking the cooperative education credits to Grade 12 courses in
order to allow those credits to count towards the Ontario Scholar certificate. Ontario Scholars are
high school graduates who attain an average of 80% or greater in their six best Grade 12 courses.
4. Please note that Dual Credits earned through OYAP, may have a weighting of 1 – 3 credits,
depending on the demands of the college program. Regardless of the credit value, this only requires
ONE block on the student’s timetable.
5. The TCDSB Central Dual Credit Teacher is Ann Vincent.
