We all should work together to bring 80% satisfaction levels
among people: CM
Chief Minister Shri. N. Chandrababu Naidu, in a breakfast
meeting with all the thirteen district collectors of the State,
urged them to work with an aim to improve the satisfaction
levels among the people in their respective districts.
“Our aim is to bring 80% satisfaction among the people in all
the services and schemes provided by the government. For
this, I urge the collectors to fix short-term, medium-term and
long-term goals.” the Chief Minister stated.
Indicating that the coming two years are of crucial
importance to the government, the Chief Minister said that
besides improving the living standards of the people, the
collectors should also work towards providing basic
amenities such as drinking water, cooking gas, public toilets,
CC roads etc. to the people.
Stating that his government has launched ambitious and
innovative schemes for the welfare of the people, the Chief
Minister said they lacked awareness among the public. He
directed the collectors to raise the awareness levels among
1
the public about these by holding innovative engagements
with them.
“Meekosam Portal, call center and kaizala will serve as
platforms for advocacy about issues of importance. I urge all
the collectors to make use of these to the maximum extent
to understand the issues faced by the people and also work
towards providing solutions to them,” said the Chief
Minister.
The Chief Minister said that the government is working
tirelessly to provide good health care facilities to the people
in both urban and rural areas. He directed the district
administration to come up with strategies to reduce
maternal and child mortality rates and improve the
nutritional levels among the children.
The government aims at introducing ‘Smart Meters’ to
reduce transmission losses and monitor its reading online on
a real-time basis. “This will come a long way in reducing
power losses to 2% from the current 9.8 %” the Chief
Minister said.
The Chief Minister sought the collectors support in improving
the village infrastructure in the State besides working
together to achieve a minimum of 25% growth in agriculture
and allied sectors.
The Chief Minister stressed that collectors should not only be
adept at introducing technologies but also opt for
innovations. “By using technology in government
2
administration we can provide efficient and transparent
services to the citizens,” said the Chief Minister.
Andhra Pradesh should be amongst the least corrupt states
in India said the Chief Minister.

water scarcity in villages in their respective districts in view of
the scorching summer in the State. He added that steps
