1. What is Singtel TV GO Labour Day Free Preview about?
To celebrate Labour Day 2016 Weekend, Singtel TV is providing free preview of all 122 channels to all
Singtel TV subscribers via Singtel TV GO mobile app. Subscribers can experience the wide variety of
content available during the festive period from 29 April – 2 May 2016.
2. I am an existing Singtel TV subscriber. Can I enjoy the Singtel TV GO Labour Day Free Preview?
All existing Singtel TV residential subscribers with a Singtel TV set-top box can enjoy the Singtel TV GO
Labour Day Free Preview. Subscribers on Singtel TV Select service are able to enjoy the Singtel TV GO
Labour Day Free Preview.
3. When can I enjoy the free preview?
Subscribers can enjoy the free preview starting from 1800hrs 29 April 2016. The free preview will end
at 2359hrs on 2 May 2016.
4. What are the channels available for the free preview?
All 122 live channels and 30 catch-up channels are available for the free preview. However, Home
View channels are only available to subscribers who are subscribed to both Singtel Fibre Broadband
and Singtel TV under the same NRIC and service address. On-The-GO channels are available to
subscribers who are using either wifi or mobile (3G/4G) data.
5. How can I enjoy the free preview?
For new Singtel TV GO users, you can download the Singtel TV GO app via iOS App Store or Google
Play Store. Once the app is downloaded, follow the in-app instructions to set up your account with
your NRIC and IPTV No. You will be able to enjoy your favorite channels once your account is set up.

For existing Singtel TV GO users, simply log on to the app during the free preview period to start
watching your favorite channels.
6. After the free preview ends, how can I continue to watch the channels on Singtel TV GO?
You may choose to subscribe to the Singtel TV GO plans to continue viewing the channels. For more

Singtel TV GO Labour Day Free Preview: Valid from 29 April - 2 May 2016. Available to all Singtel TV
residential subscribers via Singtel TV set-top box. ‘Home View’ and ‘On-The-Go’ services are limited to
streaming on one device at any time. ‘Home View’ service is only available to Singtel Fibre Broadband and
Singtel TV subscribers with services registered under the same NRIC and service address. ‘Home View’ mode
will automatically be activated when authorised mobile device(s) is connected via the Singtel Fibre Broadband
linked to the Singtel TV subscription; otherwise ‘On-The-Go’ viewing mode will be activated with any other
internet connection. Singtel TV GO: Available for iOS devices version 7.1 onwards and selected Android
devices from OS version 4.0.4 onwards. Service is available within Singapore. Service is only available on
