Research has also shown that carrying around heavy backpacks is not good for the back. Having said all of this, if you would still like for your student to have a backpack, please choose one that it is durable and can be stored in our limited space. In either case, please, put your child’s name on the book bag or backpack. So, please, no large backpacks or attached wheels. 2.
