Rules and information
1.
On Friday, April 7th, from 1:30 p.m. onwards, the SECRETARIAT will be open, and will work at the entrance of the
Júlio Dantas School, where the respective club/team managers should be directed. Then, the club/team manager should
go to the sports hall where the ACCREDITATION of the clubs will be done, by handing over the race numbers and
chips.

When club/team managers pick up the race numbers and chips and other documentation, they must leave as a
security deposit an identification document, which will be delivered when returning the race numbers and chips.
For each undelivered race number will be charged € 5.00 (five Euros) and for each chip € 25.00 (twenty five
Euros).

The CLUBS ACCREDITATION will be made Friday, from 1:30 pm. However, Wednesday and Thursday, from 6:30 p.m.
to 8:30 p.m., there will be a member of the secretariat at the School, which can hand over the documentation to the
clubs whose registration is complete and validated.

The OPENING CEREMONY begins at 4:45 pm and athletes must parade in competition apparel and skates, and may
present the flag of the club they represent. At the Award Prize ceremony, athletes must be equipped with training
apparel or competition apparel.

During the 3 days of competition, participants and general public may request information from the secretariat at the

11. Teams should occupy the BOXES areas only (enclosed sports pitch), where they should leave their belongings. The
organization is not responsible for missing objects or other damages.
12. Teams may put up tents in the BOXES area, but they must not damage or pierce the ground and shall be responsible for
any damage that may be caused.
13. The track has two gates. Athletes must enter the track by the East gate (opposite the start/finish straight). Athletes
must leave the track by the West gate (gate next to the start/finish straight).
14. Athletes must not enter or leave the track by jumping over the barriers.
15. No member associated with the teams or member of the public must sit or lie on top of the barriers.
16. No coaches, delegates or other members of the general public are allowed to enter the track.
17. Before the race, skaters must report to the call area, where they will receive their draw numbers.
18. Participants and members of the general public must not hit or bang on the acrylic panels of the barriers.
19. Any damage to the barriers caused by incorrect or inappropriate behaviour shall be paid for by the person responsible.
20. Only authorized skaters are allowed to enter the track.
21. Meal vouchers, when available, can be purchased at the secretariat provided by the organization.

– Dinner: from 6:30 pm to 9 pm

Sunday
– Lunch: from 12 to 3 pm; Dinner: from 6:30 pm to 9 pm
– Lunch: from 12 to 3 pm; Dinner: from 6 to 9 pm
23. Participants should consult the programme and timetable of events that is displayed in the canteen windows and on the
results board next to the ACCREDITATION room in the sports hall.
24. If you have any questions or queries, please contact the secretariat or members of the organization identified by an
orange vest.
25. Any cases not covered in the tournament regulations shall be considered and resolved by the organization.
