Summary Instructions for Chairs
• Chairs are to develop one multiple choice question per
learning objective (minimum of two questions/maximum of
five questions) per offering
• Each question should have a choice of four possible
answers, only one which can be correct.
• Please allow time at the end of your offering to review your
learner assessment.
