Orangu™ is more senstitive than
widely used alternatives. Varying
numbers of HeLa cells were incubated
in MEM containing FCS with Orangu™
(orange), MTS (grey), XTT (blue) or MTT
(yellow) for 2 hours. Orangu™ yields
equal or higher readings for all cell
numbers.
