Richmond Kickers to Receive Free Soccer Balls and Donated Funds
RICHMOND, VA – October 11, 2005– Young soccer players in the Richmond area will
be knocking on Seredni Tire & Auto’s door this month to accept their free soccer ball as
part of Uniroyal Tire’s national soccer program. Each player with the Richmond Kickers
will receive a certificate for a free ball redeemable at the store (while supplies last). For

(Coerver moves & MORE), Friday October 14th, 2005 from 5:30 to 6:30 P.M. at
Providence Middle School. (The U6 field next to the shack). This advanced skills
training is open to all ages at NO CHARGE!
Attendees must bring a ball, water and a lot of smiles! Come join in on this
EXCELLENT opportunity to work with a top professional player!

The Advanced Skills Program Continues Fridays at Woodlake for U8 and U10
recreational players from 5 – 6:30 p.m. The U12 and above groups will be at Hensley on
Saturdays from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Pocoschock Player’s are invited to attend.

Indoor Soccer – the futsol experience
The AYSL is again sponsoring an indoor soccer league this winter.
Division 1= U-6 and U-7
Division 2= U-8 and U-9
Division 3= U-10 and U-11
Division 4= U-12, U-13 and U-14
Division 5= U-15, U-16, U-17 and U-18
Divisions 1 and 2 will play four 8 minute quarters
Divisions 3 and 4 will play two 18 minute halves
Divisions 5 will play two 23 minute halves
Where: Patrick Henry High School, Old Gym and New Gym
When: All Saturdays and Sundays in January and February, except Superbowl
Sunday
Time: between the hours of 4pm and 8pm, younger age groups play first

Cost: $65
Due Date: December 15
We need parents to volunteer to coach teams. Players and coaches will receive
tee-shirts.
Each team will play 8-10 games. Team rosters and schedules will be posted on the
aysl.org website between Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
Each match will consist of 5 field players and 1 goalie, for a total of 6 a side.

This is open to recreational and travel players.
Scholarships are available.
