The CloudConveyor Decision Tree places structure around gathering requirements and matching against viable service providers and their associated services. The decision tree is designed to empower the business to see the available services but with IT also being able to define the dependencies and constraints that Providers and Services must meet. This in effect enables agility within adopting a ‘shadow IT’ culture that is out of control. In order to achieve this a data structure has been defined which may be used to address virtually any customer requirement and virtually any supplier capability.
