our 175-foot fiberglass waterslide, or being challenged by the modern version of the classic
lumberjack log roll.
Whether you're age 1 or 91, there's something special for everyone at Winona Lake! Bring
the entire family for a relaxing getaway with plenty of fun, adventure, and excitement!
Winona Lake provides a family oriented and supervised recreational environment for people
of all ages.
The facility offers a range of recreational activities including camping, swimming, tennis and
miniature golf. The swimming area includes plenty of shallow water, a diving board, two
water slides, and a floating water playground that includes some of the most unique and
exciting water toys such as the 14' Iceberg, Space Mountain, Water Volleyball, Floating
Saturn, and the rolling log. No other campground or recreational facility in the Lima area
provides the wide range of unique and exciting water activities.
The 18-hole miniature golf course offers a challenge for adults as well as younger golfers.
The picnic area is positioned for easy access to the lake, waterslide. The picnic area
includes a shelter house that can be scheduled for a family gathering, reunion and
company outing.

Liability Waiver Release/Hold Harmless Agreement
In consideration of permission to enter the premises and the use of the facilities, including water slide, diving boards, putter golf, tennis courts, swim area, picnic
area, water playground, shelter, campground, etc. at Winona Lake, as a patron, guest or in any other capacity, the undersigned hereby releases Winona Lake, its
owners, officers, and employees from all claims, demands, causes of action and from all liability for damage, loss or injury, of any kind may be sustained by the
undersigned while on the premises. The undersigned hereby agree to hold WINONA LAKE LLC, Howard Wellman, Althea Wellman, Mark Wellman, and their officers,
employees, heirs, successors, and assigns, free and harmless from any and all claims, causes of action, be it in nature of personal injury or otherwise by reason
of the undersigned’s use of the premises and facilities, including the following: waterslide, diving board, putter golf, tennis courts, swim area, picnic grounds, shelter, campground etc. Located at 5675 West Breese Road, Cridersville, OH 45806. Additionally, I do hereby fully release and forever discharge Winona Lake, LLC
from any and all claims for injuries, damages or loss that my minor child/ward or I may have or which may accrue to me or my minor child/ward and arising out
of, connected with, or in any way associated with the use of Winona Lake. I, season pass holder, assume the liability for my visitors and am releasing Winona Lake
LLC from all claims and causes of action. In signing Hold Harmless Agreement the undersigned acknowledges that he/she has carefully read and understood this
agreement and rules of Winona Lake. Furthermore, the undersigned understands that he/she is waiving any rights to file a law suit or initiate a claim procedure in
respect to recovering for any personal injuries, property damages or losses sustained by the undersigned or a minor child under the undersigned’s care and or control. Further, the undersigned agrees that this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors,
administrators, legal representatives and successors, and assigns.
I have read and fully and understand the above important information, warning of risk, assumption of risk and waiver and release of all claims. If registering online or via fax, on-online or facsimile signature shall substitute for and have the same legal effect as an original form signature. PARTICIPATION WILL BE DENIED,
if signature of adult participant or parent/guardian and date are not on this waiver. All participants over 18 must sign the form.
Season Pass Information
Visit as often as you like and stay for a few hours or spend the entire day – the choice is
yours with a season pass. Season Pass holders have unlimited daily access for the entire
family to the water slide and the inflatable floating playground. Season Pass Prices are

Winona Lake is a great place to bring your family for camping! The wooded campground
features 45 sites. Thirty sites include full hookups with water/sewer and 30 amp electric.
Fifteen sites have water and electric only. A fishing pond is available for campers.

No other campground in the Lima area provides the wide range of outdoor activities

Married children, divorced children, nieces, nephews, friends, and acquaintances are not permitted on this pass. The family consists of
unmarried children 21 years of age and under. Please read the information & rules list. Life vests or floating swim suits are required for
all children through age 7, and toddlers and children playing along the shore. Diapers specially made for swimming are required for
young children.
